Dhayvat Udeshi

Dhayvat Udeshi has extensive work experience in various industries. Dhayvat started their career as an intern at Laversab, Inc. in 2009, where they gained experience in Engineering Graphics and worked on Quality Control and Data Handling. In 2010, they interned at Schlumberger, a global energy services company. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Field Engineer at Schlumberger in Saudi Arabia, where they handled operations, technical aspects, and trained new recruits. In 2014, they joined Jayant Agro-Organics Limited (JAOL) as a Management Executive, where they headed the by-product division and established the HR & HSE department across all factories. In 2016, Dhayvat became the Head of Marketing and Business Development at Shrofile, a video-based professional networking platform. Dhayvat successfully launched a beta version of the app and acquired the first 200 users. In 2017, they co-founded IDEn Inc, a custom made university merchandise firm, where they led operations, marketing, and supply chain. Currently, Dhayvat is Vice President at Jayant Agro-Organics Limited, a position they have held since 2018. The dates of their current role are ongoing.

Dhayvat Udeshi earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal from 2007 to 2011. Dhayvat then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship at the London Business School from 2015 to 2017.
