Srinidhi Krishnan started their work experience in 2014 with a research internship at Dent Neurologic Institute. In 2015, they worked as a research associate at Erie County Medical Center Corporation and also as a research assistant at University at Buffalo. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a medical assistant at RES PHYSICAL MEDICINE & REHABILITATION SERVICES, PC. In 2020, Srinidhi worked as a legal intern at the Community Service Society of New York and as a law clerk at Nina Marinaro. Esq. PLLC. From 2020 to 2022, they held roles as a research assistant at Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and as a junior staff member at Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal. Since 2021, Srinidhi has also been working at Jayaram Law, initially as a summer associate, then as a legal intern, and currently as a law clerk.

Srinidhi Krishnan began their education journey in 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University at Buffalo. Srinidhi completed these degrees in 2017. Following that, Srinidhi Krishnan continued their studies at the University at Buffalo, earning a Master of Arts in Biology/Biological Sciences in 2018. Currently, they are attending the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, pursuing a Doctor of Law - JD degree, expected to be completed in 2022.
