Lyla Erwin

Lyla Erwin currently serves as the Regional Director of Operations at Omega Senior Living, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Lyla Erwin has been with Jaybird Senior Living since December 2007, progressing through various leadership roles, including Senior Portfolio Leader and Director of Resident Engagement. Lyla Erwin earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Iowa between 1986 and 1988.
