Jonathan Gust

Jonathan Gust is a seasoned Director of Sales currently leading the Heartland Division at Jayco, Inc., since 2025. They have a robust background in the recreational vehicle industry, having previously served as a General Manager at Heartland RV from 2022 to 2025 and as a Product Manager at Keystone RV from 2012 to 2022. Jonathan's career began in the US Navy, where they worked as an Electronics Supervisor from 1998 to 2003. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business/Marketing from the University of Phoenix and an Associate Degree in Aviation Electronics from Old Dominion University.
