Jaap Vos is a co-founder of GeredFruit.nl, where they have been active since 2016 in harvesting fruit to connect young people with nature while producing locally-sourced apple juice. Currently, they work as a specialist ambulant begeleider at Jayda CC and have previously provided individual specialist guidance to young individuals at stichting ReVisie from 2013 to 2022. Jaap has also held various roles in mental health and support services, including as a GGZ-agoog and team leader, while maintaining a strong focus on enhancing the well-being of youth and their families.
