Sam Hatchell is currently the Director of Corporate Culture & Talent at Jaynes Corporation, where they focus on cultivating and strengthening organizational culture by empowering leaders to develop teams and talent. Previously, Sam served as the Director of Quality and Leadership Development and Corporate Quality Manager at Jaynes, where they implemented quality management systems and conducted on-site inspections. Sam earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from The University of New Mexico in 2008.
