Prior to this role, Avishek worked as a Researcher at Multilac paints from February 2021 to July 2022 and as an Asst. Technical Manager - Research & Development at Shalimar Paints from April 2018 to February 2021. Avishek has experience in new project development, providing technical service to customers, and collaborating with marketing teams to understand market dynamics.
