Lusine Aproyan

Lusine Aproyan is an experienced technical recruiter, currently working at Jazva, Inc. since March 2020 and serving as a technical sourcer and recruiter at HIRECLOUT since December 2020. Previously, Lusine held various roles at Inecobank CJSC from June 2014 to March 2020, including Chief Specialist and Senior Specialist in the Contract Execution Division. Additional experience includes a temporary position as a training assistant at the International Foundation for Electoral Systems in early 2013 and a lengthy tenure as a trainer at The Center for Leadership Development from 2002 to 2010, focusing on psychology and effective habits.
