Aqueela Mumtaz

Aqueela Mumtaz has a strong background in finance and management. Aqueela has held various leadership roles throughout their career. From 2017, they served as the VP of Finance at Jazz, where they were responsible for financial control, risk, and taxation. Aqueela also provided support for M&A and digital verticals and served as the CFO of two subsidiaries. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Finance at Telenor Pakistan from 2015 to 2017. Aqueela also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Lahore University of Management Sciences from 2011 to 2012 and at Tameer Micro Finance Bank from 2009 to 2011. Before that, they worked at PepsiCo, where they served as the Director of Franchise Central Asia and Caucusas from 2007 to 2008 and as the Controller of Finance for the West Asia Business Unit from 2005 to 2007. Their career began at Mobilink in 1998, where they worked as the Director of Treasury until 2005.

Aqueela Mumtaz completed their BSc in Economics at Kinnaird College for Women Lahore from 1990 to 1994. Later, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration from Lahore University of Management Sciences between 1994 and 1996.
