Farah Sheikh has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Farah is currently employed at Jazz as the Head Talent, Learning and Culture. Prior to this, they worked at HBL - Habib Bank Limited as the Learning and Development Head- North. Farah also has experience working at TD, where they held the roles of Senior Manager, Execution Risk and Compliance Manager. Farah has also worked at Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance as a Compliance Officer and at Ernst & Young as a Global Account Coordinator and SOX Project Manager. Other roles in their career include Project Analyst at ConceptWave Software Inc and Consultant at the British Department for International Development and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Farah started their career as a Project Management Officer at the UNDP.

Farah Sheikh attended the University of Cambridge - Churchill College from 1999 to 2000, where they obtained an MPhil degree in Development Studies. In 2009 to 2010, they studied at FINRA, obtaining Series 7 & 24 degrees. In 2008, they attended the Project Management Institute (PMI), earning a PMP degree. Additionally, Farah holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Quaid-e-Azam University in Islamabad, with a focus on Finance, Marketing, and Organizational Behavior.
