Ibrar Khan

Ibrar Khan is a seasoned telecommunications executive currently serving as Vice President at Jazz, where employment began in April 2017. Prior to this role, Ibrar held the position of CEO at Switch Communication Pvt Limited from August 2015 to March 2017, leading the company in providing Value-Added Services (VAS) to all mobile network operators in Pakistan. From January 2003 to July 2015, Ibrar co-owned Local (Pvt), acting as a business development consultant for telecom equipment manufacturers and service suppliers in multiple countries. Ibrar has also served as an advisor on regulatory affairs at Zong - CM Pak and held executive roles with Rabita in Afghanistan, PTCL, Roshan, and Mobilink, among others. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Specialized Management from Kent College, a BBA in Finance from Central State University, and a BA in Economics and Statistics from Edwards College, with ongoing studies at Harvard Business School.
