Izzah Ikram Illahi

Izzah Ikram Illahi is a seasoned professional in customer journey design and usability, currently serving as a Customer Journey Design and Usability Expert at Jazz since June 2022. Prior to this role, Izzah worked at Zong CMPak Ltd from June 2018 to April 2022, initially as a Graduate Trainee Officer and progressing to a Senior Officer in Geo-Marketing, focusing on site planning and performance analysis. Izzah's earlier experiences include various positions at Hunehar, including Press Secretary and Director of Public Media and Sponsor Relations, as well as internships at Ufone, Shifa International Hospitals, and Pakistan Aeronautical Complex. Izzah holds an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Business Administration and has participated in development programs at Lahore University of Management Sciences and Harvard Business School.
