Latif Hussaini has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Latif began their career in 1997 as an Operation Support Engineer at Access Solution Pakistan. Latif later worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Acsys Limited before joining Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise as an Assistant Manager Technical Support. At Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, they also served as a Technical Manager Core.

In 1998, they transitioned to Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise as a Senior Engineer Technical Support and later became a Principal Engineer. Latif then moved to Nokia in 2005, where they held several roles including Technical Project Manager, Technical Manager Core IRAN, and Cluster Technical Manager for Pakistan & Afghanistan.

In 2012, Hussaini joined Jazz as the Senior Manager Core, IN & VAS Technical Support. Subsequently, they served as the Head of Department - Network Operation Center and the Head of Department - Voice and Data Core Planning and Operations.

Throughout their career, Hussaini has demonstrated expertise in network development, technical support, project management, and team leadership. Latif has managed large teams and successfully delivered projects across various domains including voice and data core planning, network operation center, and technical support.

Latif Hussaini has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, which they obtained between 1992 and 1997. Latif later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Digital Transformation at the University of Southern Queensland from 2020 to 2022. Latif has also completed various certifications, including "INSEAD - Leading Organisations in Disruptive Times" from INSEAD in 2022, "Working Remotely (2015)" from LinkedIn in 2020, and several leadership and team-building programs from Lahore University of Management Sciences in 2018 and 2019.
