Nauman Mir has a diverse work experience in various companies. Nauman started their career at Telenor Pakistan, where they served as a BI AND EDW Operations EXECUTIVE, responsible for maintenance and administration of Teradata systems. Nauman also worked as a BI Reporting Analyst and Enterprise IT Operations Officer during their time at Telenor Pakistan.

In 2014, Nauman joined Jazz as a Team Lead BI & EDW Architecture and Planning, where they focused on the design, architecture, and implementation of the data warehouse.
