Shuja Hussain

Shuja Hussain has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Shuja started their career at Ufone as a Manager Billing from November 2000 to September 2004. Shuja then joined Telenor Pakistan as a Manager BSS and worked there for more than ten years, from September 2004 to December 2015. In December 2015, they joined Jazz (previously known as Mobilink) as the Head of BSS/IT. In this role, they led a team responsible for IT modernization and platform transformation to improve business outcomes and enhance customer experience. Shuja also played a key role in defining and aligning the IT strategy with Jazz's strategy, developing IT roadmap for digital business transformation, and implementing core IT and digital platforms. Shuja achieved significant accomplishments in reshaping the IT delivery model and building a high-performance team.

Shuja Hussain completed a Master's degree in Computer Sciences from Hamdard University in 2000. In addition, Shuja has obtained various certifications in topics such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, blockchain, design thinking, and cloud computing. These certifications were acquired from institutions like Harvard Division of Continuing Education, MIT Sloan School of Management, and LinkedIn.
