Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of VPRG Consulting and the President of the Board of Directors for Jazz Empowers, Lindley actively engages in transforming youth lives through music education. Previous roles include Vice President of Revenue & Partnerships at Bold.org, where significant partnerships were established across multiple sectors, and Member of the Board of Directors for The Exceptional Sidekick Inc., focusing on mental health support. Lindley's career also features leadership positions at Edvisors and Poker Pro, alongside a successful tenure as a professional actress. An MBA candidate at the Gies College of Business, Lindley holds a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Studies from Middle Tennessee State University.

Jazz Empowers
Jazz Empowers is a national nonprofit organization with the mission to transform the lives of youth in underserved schools through jazz education. We fulfill this mission by partnering with underserved schools across the country to start and develop jazz programs at their school. Jazz Empowers currently serves 1400 K-12 students in 26 states, all of which attend schools that serve low-income communities.
