Ailish Hamill

Ailish Hamill is an experienced professional in corporate governance, currently serving as Associate Director at Jazz Pharmaceuticals since November 2016, where previous roles included Senior Company Secretarial Manager and Company Secretarial Manager. Prior to Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Ailish held the position of Company Secretary specializing in Asset Management and Investment Funds at Matheson from March 2015 to November 2016, and worked as a Compliance Assistant at Markel Europe plc from June 2014 to March 2015. Ailish possesses a Master’s degree in Management and Corporate Governance from Ulster University and has obtained the Chartered Company Secretary designation from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
