Chris Weichel

Chris Weichel has over 15 years of experience in sales operations and incentive compensation across various reputable companies. Since July 2018, Chris has been employed at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, currently serving as Field Analytics and Operations Lead for the EMD Franchise, and has held positions as Associate Director and Senior Manager in Field Incentive Compensation. Previously, Chris worked at Genentech as a Senior Sales Operations Manager and Incentive Compensation Lead, and at Bausch Health Companies Inc. as a Senior Sales Analyst. Early career experience includes a role as an Associate Business Analyst at Synygy and a brief period of backpacking and hiking on the Appalachian Trail. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Temple University.
