Danielle Newbill

Danielle Newbill is a seasoned professional in global compensation with extensive experience in providing strategic compensation support across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Compensation at Jazz Pharmaceuticals since December 2019, Danielle oversees compensation frameworks, annual pay equity analysis, and the new hire equity program while collaborating with multiple client groups, including HR, Legal, and Talent Acquisition. Previous roles include Manager and Senior Global Compensation Consultant at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, as well as positions at Capital One and PNC, where Danielle honed skills in job evaluation, compensation analysis, and policy implementation.
