Dean Harris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information systems compliance, strategic operations, and IT management across several leading organizations. Currently serving as the Interim Head of IS and Executive Director of IS Strategy, Operations, and Compliance at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Dean oversees a global IT team and substantial budget while driving strategic and financial planning, Agile transformation, and governance. Previous roles include Senior Director of IS Compliance at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Director of IS Compliance at GW Pharmaceuticals, and Director of Global Computer Systems Compliance at Envigo, among others. Dean's expertise in regulatory compliance, quality transformation, and innovation has set new industry benchmarks and led to significant process improvements.
