Gail Woods

Gail Woods is a seasoned regulatory affairs professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Regulatory Law & Strategy at Jazz Pharmaceuticals since May 2020, Gail provides regulatory and legal insights to navigate regulatory challenges and collaborates with various stakeholders. Previously, as Senior Director and Director of Due Diligence in Global Regulatory Affairs, Gail led regulatory assessments for investments and acquisitions. At Fountain Healthcare Partners, Gail developed regulatory strategies for pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Other notable roles include Associate Director of Global Regulatory Affairs at Schering-Plough Research Institute and directing speaker curation for TEDxNavesink. Gail holds a 3CP Executive and Organizational Coaching Certification from Columbia University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Regulatory Affairs from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Biochemical Sciences from Ulster University.
