Greg Fly

Greg Fly currently serves as the Vice President and Global Head of Procurement at Jazz Pharmaceuticals since October 2025. Prior to this role, Greg held various leadership positions at Ipsen including Vice President of Procurement for Global R&D, Medical, and Business Development, and Vice President of North America Procurement from April 2019 to October 2025. Greg's experience also includes senior roles at Takeda, where responsibilities spanned Oncology and Vaccines Global Procurement, and at Merck, where roles included Director of Global Procurement for Preclinical Development, Vaccines, and Biologics. Early career experience includes positions at Prodesco and Merck Sharp & Dohme, from Senior Sourcing Analyst to Contract and Procurement Manager. Greg holds an MBA from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Gwynedd Mercy University.
