Jennifer Daubenspeck

Jennifer Daubenspeck is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and higher education. Currently serving as Associate Director for R&D PMO Business Capabilities and GMPO Systems & Integration at Jazz Pharmaceuticals since December 2021, Jennifer previously held the role of Capacity Manager at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from February 2018 to December 2021. Prior to that, a notable tenure at Bristol-Myers Squibb as Associate Director of Business Capabilities lasted from October 2006 to December 2017. Additionally, Jennifer contributed to academia as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of San Diego in 2005-2006. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and a BS in Mathematics from Penn State University.
