Lee Markwick is currently the External Manufacturing Lead at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, where they oversee critical manufacturing-related activities. Prior to this, Lee held various roles, including Head of Manufacturing, Science & Technologies at Quell Therapeutics and Senior CMC Translation Consultant at eXmoor Pharma Concepts Ltd. Lee’s educational background includes a PhD in Therapeutics and Molecular Medicine from the University of Nottingham and a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry and Genetics. Throughout their career, Lee has contributed to significant advancements in cell and gene therapies while collaborating with multiple organizations, including Orchard Therapeutics and the National Institutes of Health.
