Maire Donovan

Maire Donovan currently serves as the Senior Director of Compliance Operations (Interim) at Jazz Pharmaceuticals since August 2019, overseeing global compliance investigations, policy education, and data analytics. Prior roles at Jazz Pharmaceuticals include Senior Corporate Counsel positions in Data Strategy & Product Integrity and NA Commercial & Global Franchise Strategy, as well as Corporate Counsel for US Market Access. Maire Donovan previously worked as Corporate Counsel at Inovio Pharmaceuticals Inc. and spent over a decade as an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Additionally, Maire Donovan began a legal career as a Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Maire Donovan holds a JD from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a BA in Political Science with a minor in Irish Studies from Boston College.
