Ghousia Ahmed

Ghousia Ahmed is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in human resources and architecture. Currently serving as an Expert Experience Delivery at Jazz since December 2023, Ghousia previously held the position of Senior Sourcing Officer at BAT from May 2021 to December 2023, where responsibilities included end-to-end sourcing, recruitment, and the oversight of various HR functions. Ghousia has been instrumental in leading projects such as the PTC internship program and the revamping of the Employer Value Proposition. Prior to this, roles included Human Resources Executive - Marketing and Talent Executive at BAT, along with significant contributions in architecture as an Architect at MKC, co-founder and Head Fitness Trainer at The Space, and Principal Architect at DOT Architects. Ghousia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Yaşar University and completed O levels in pre-engineering and related subjects at The City School in Islamabad.
