Melissa Kraft

Melissa Kraft is the current Director of Operations at JB Ashtin. Melissa has previous experience as an office manager, executive assistant, and bookkeeper. Melissa Kraft began their career in 2005 as a bookkeeper at Electrical Mechanical Services, Inc. In 2006, they transitioned to Thermal-Tec Inc./Michigan as an executive assistant. In 2009, they became the office manager at Christ Community Church of Grand Rapids. In 2013, they became the Director of Operations at JB Ashtin.

Melissa Kraft has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Cornerstone University and a diploma from Northview High School. Melissa also has a certification from SHRM in SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
