John Philbin

John Philbin is an accomplished environmental engineer with extensive experience in wastewater treatment systems, landfill site management, and project coordination. Since January 2016, John has served as an Associate and Senior Engineer at J. B. Barry and Partners Limited, leading the installation of complex environmental systems and ensuring compliance with regulations. Prior roles include Environmental Engineer at Molloy Precast, where John coordinated wastewater projects and prepared technical documentation, and at TOBIN Consulting Engineers, where John supervised landfill projects and oversaw compliance with public works contracts. Early career experiences included positions as a Junior Engineer at Bowen Construction and an Engineering Intern with Mayo County Council.
