Lillian Lai

Lillian Lai has experience in account management and sales operations support. Lillian has worked in various capacities, from call operator to marketing intern, before transitioning into account management roles at DiGiCOR and JB Hi-Fi Business. In their current role, Lillian focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with customers, addressing their unique needs, and ensuring their satisfaction by liaising between customers and internal teams. Lillian graduated from Monash University with a degree in Business and Marketing.
