David Giansalvo

David Giansalvo is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. At JB Hi-Fi since September 2016, David serves as Group Chief Financial Officer and Group General Manager of Analysis and Planning, overseeing financial strategy and enterprise-wide reporting. Previously, David held significant positions at Catch Group from September 2011 to August 2016, including Head of Projects and M&A, where responsibilities encompassed financial analysis and strategic planning for investment evaluation. Earlier roles at JB Hi-Fi included Systems Accountant and Senior Rebates Analyst, with a track record of enhancing rebate systems and reporting accuracy. David holds a Graduate Diploma from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Accounting and Business Banking & Finance from Monash University.
