R. Galloway

R. Galloway has a strong background in human resources and administration. From 2019 to present, Galloway has been working as a Human Resources Manager at JB Management, Inc. Here, they develop and administer HR plans and procedures for the company, provide an HR presence for employees, and oversee all department activities.

Prior to this role, Galloway worked at Integrated Finance & Accounting Solutions (IFAS) from 2008 to 2019 as a Human Resource Manager and Facility Security Officer (FSO). In this position, they were responsible for various HR functions including compensation, payroll, benefit administration, staffing, and employee relations. Galloway also served as a liaison between overseas employees and the prime contractor, and participated in the development of personnel policies and procedures.

In 2008, Galloway briefly worked at Tessada & Associates as a Senior Office Administrator, providing senior-level administration support and managing office services and contracts.

From 2007 to 2008, they served as an Office Manager at Jobfox, where they organized office operations, coordinated staff activities, and acted as a company contact for building management.

Starting in 2001 and lasting until 2007, Galloway held the position of Manager of Administration at JB Management (JBM). They oversaw corporate benefits programs, handled hiring and termination responsibilities, and resolved employee relations and financial issues.

Galloway's earliest recorded work experience was at Beacon Consulting Group, where they served as an Office Manager from 1998 to 2001. In this role, they managed bookkeeping tasks, prepared financial reports, and handled administrative operations.

R. Galloway obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Small Business Administration/Management from Northern Virginia Community College in 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business at the University of Phoenix.
