Nikki Mantis

Nikki Mantis is a seasoned marketing and operations professional with extensive experience, currently serving as Marketing & Operations Manager and previously as Marketing & Operations Coordinator at JB Training Solutions since August 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Undergraduate Research Assistant and Research Director + Strategist in the Department of Advertising at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from December 2019 to June 2020. Nikki also held multiple leadership positions within the American Advertising Federation at Illinois, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Intelligence Officer for various initiatives from May 2018 to May 2020. Additional experience encompasses a Management & Digital Consulting Internship at ICF Next and recognition as a top intern at the American Advertising Federation in 2019.
