Brian Bohannan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Brian began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Quality Assurance Officer and later as a Production Control Manager/Senior Operations Manager. In these roles, Brian trained and mentored teams, ensured compliance with technical manuals, and coordinated maintenance schedules.

After leaving the military, Brian transitioned to the private sector, working as a Human Resources and Office Manager at Administar. In this role, they managed HR operations and office functions.

Currently, Brian is employed at JB Warranties, where they have held several positions since 2015. Brian started as a Human Resources Manager and later became the Human Resources Director. In this role, Brian oversaw recruitment, training, and employee performance. Brian also consulted with the company president and marketing department. Brian's most recent role at JB Warranties is Vice President of Sales, which they commenced in November 2022.

Brian Bohannan completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology at The University of Texas at Austin from 2011 to 2015. Brian also obtained The Jean Perkins Foundation Combat Veteran Scholarship from The University of Texas at Austin in 2012 and holds a Green Belt-Lean Six Sigma certification from the Department of the Navy Office of Civilian Human Resources.
