Ricardo Alvar

Ricardo Alvar has extensive work experience in the consumer product industry, particularly in talent management and executive search. Ricardo currently holds the position of President, Beauty, Health Wellness & Strategic Partnerships at JBC, a global consumer search practice. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Strategy Officer at ForceBrands and as the Chief Business Development Officer - Managing Director at 24 Seven Inc. Ricardo also has experience in sales and marketing, having worked as the EVP Sales and Marketing at Headway Corporate Resources. Ricardo has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including serving on the Board of Directors at Fashion Group International, Inc. and as a Vice President at Talent Tree.

Ricardo Alvar attended Erwy School from 1973 to 1976. Later, they enrolled at Universidad de la República in 1978 and studied Medicine until 1979.
