Sydney Slosson

Sydney Slosson is currently working as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Global Sales & Strategy at JBC, a leading global consumer search practice. Prior to JBC, Sydney held various roles at Onward Search, including SVP of Strategic Partnerships, SVP of Strategic Accounts in the West Region, Senior Vice President of the West Coast, and Vice President in the West Region. Before joining Onward Search, Sydney served as the President of Match Creative Talent and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at the same company. Sydney also has experience as a Senior Account Manager at Creative Oxygen and an Account Executive at Wiley & Associates Advertising.

Sydney Slosson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Marketing from California Lutheran University. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University in May 2022 and CCWP Statement of Work Expert from Staffing Industry Analysts.
