Dereka Moore

Dereka Moore has a diverse range of work experience. Dereka currently works at JBG SMITH as a Senior Community Manager since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Equity Residential as a Property Manager from March 2015 and as a Leasing Consultant from August 2013 to March 2015. Dereka also has experience in real estate, having worked as a Showing Agent at Equity Rise Real Estate Group from September 2012 to August 2013, where they specialized in working with buyers to identify and show them homes. Before that, Dereka worked at bebe stores, where they held various positions including Store Manager, CoManager, Assistant Manager, and Sales Associate. In these roles, they demonstrated strong leadership skills, achieved sales goals, managed store operations, promoted new product lines, and provided excellent customer service. Dereka'sexperience in the retail industry also included maintaining visual presentation standards and building client relationships.

Dereka Moore attended North Carolina State University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management.
