Kathryn Chongpinitchai

Kathryn Chongpinitchai began their work experience in 2003 as a Campus Activities Board Intern at Gettysburg College. From 2004 to 2017, they held various positions at First Potomac Realty Trust, including Lease Administrator, Social Events Coordinator (Volunteer Position), Accounts Payable Administrator, Administrative Assistant, and Receptionist. During their time at First Potomac Realty Trust, they were responsible for abstracting leases and amendments, processing tenant move-ins and move-outs, responding to lease and billing inquiries, and utilizing various software programs such as Yardi, Excel, and Microsoft Word. From 2004 to present, they also worked as a Ballet Teacher at the City of Rockville. In 2017, Kathryn joined JBG SMITH as a Lease Administrator, and later transitioned to the role of Senior Lease Administrator in March 2019.

Kathryn Chongpinitchai earned their Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts from Gettysburg College, where they attended from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at the Academy of the Holy Cross from 1996 to 2000.
