Kevin Harrison began their work experience in 2009 with the US Army, where they served as a Black Hawk Mechanic and later as a Senior Transmissions Team Lead/Operator Maintainer until 2014. In 2014, they joined JBG SMITH as a Building Services Engineer, responsible for maintaining and servicing commercial properties, including HVAC, boilers, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Kevin holds various licenses and is skilled in preventative maintenance on key building systems.

From 2021 to 2022, Kevin attended the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they obtained an associate degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General.

In 2006 to 2007, Kevin enrolled at Germanna Community College, although they did not obtain a degree. Kevin'sfield of study was Biology/Biological Sciences, General.

Similarly, in 2005 to 2006, Kevin attended George Mason University, but did not earn a degree. Kevin'sfield of study was also Biology/Biological Sciences, General.

Kevin completed their high school education at River Bend High School from 2001 to 2005. Kevin obtained a High School degree, specializing in General Studies.

In addition to their educational background, Kevin has also acquired various certifications. In 2018, they obtained a LEED Green Associate certification from USGBC Virginia. In 2017, Kevin acquired a DC 3rd Class Engineering License from the Government of the District of Columbia. Kevin also holds a CFC Universal Technician certification from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), which they obtained in 2014.

Furthermore, Kevin has achieved a Basic Management Certificate from the US Army in 2009. Kevin also completed the Combat Life Savers Course in 2010, which was offered by the US Army. Additionally, Kevin attained a Cisco Routing and Networking certification from Cisco in 2010.
