Lia-Beth Moore

Lia-Beth Moore has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruiting. Lia-Beth most recently worked at JBG SMITH as a Talent Acquisition Partner, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they gained extensive experience at Accenture, where they worked for a decade as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, they provided full lifecycle recruiting for Accenture's various practice areas and developed recruitment strategies. Before their time at Accenture, Lia-Beth was a stay-at-home parent for a year and also worked as a Contract Recruiter at Discovery Communications. Their early career includes a role as a Corporate Recruiting Specialist at Hewitt Associates, supporting Marriott International, and a managerial position at Marriott International as the Manager of Professional Staffing.

Lia-Beth Moore has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Saint Augustine's University. Lia-Beth also holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Development from Bowie State University.
