Miguel Gonzalez

Miguel Gonzalez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Miguel started their career as an Intern at the U.S. Department of Commerce in 2012. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at First Potomac Realty Trust, where they served as an Accounts Receivable Administrator and later as a Lease Administrator. Miguel'sresponsibilities included managing the lease process, abstracting leases and amendments, corresponding with tenants regarding lease requirements, and performing accounts receivable activities.

In 2016, Miguel joined JBG SMITH, where they have held various roles. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Lease Administrator, responsible for abstracting and setting up commercial lease documents, calculating and billing rental adjustments, preparing tenant pass-thru reconciliations, and assisting property management staff with tenant account and lease inquiries. Since 2019, they have served as a Senior Lease Administrator, taking on additional responsibilities and overseeing the lease administration function. In March 2022, they transitioned into the role of a Senior Financial Analyst, Third Party Commercial, where they are currently employed.

Miguel Gonzalez completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from American University in 2012. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University, which they completed in 2020.
