JBI Interiors
Joe Li's work experience includes being a Project Engineer at JBI Interiors starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Cover Technologies Inc. from December 2021 to April 2023. In this role, they co-owned and managed the systems engineering and operations, defined requirements and system integration for the company's next-gen electrical infrastructure, and developed product documentation and quality control standards. Before that, Joe was a Design Engineer at AAA Imaging Solutions from February 2021 to November 2021. Joe managed parts sourcing for products launching to Walgreens stores, oversaw testing standards and engineering drawing requirements, and developed equipment to streamline operations. Joe also had experience as an Engineering Aide at Space Sciences Laboratory from May 2018 to April 2019, where they implemented upgrades to improve user ergonomics and reduced startup times, developed a program to streamline data compiling, and built an improved thermal cycling chamber to increase testing capacity.
Joe Li attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2017 to 2020. Joe completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Mechanical Engineering during this period.
