Laurie Truong started their work experience in 2007 as a Junior Designer at JT Nakaoka Associates Architects. Laurie worked in this role from August 2007 to February 2008. Following that, they joined JBI Interiors in April 2008 as a Senior Project Designer, where they worked until the present.

Laurie Truong's education history begins in 2000 with their enrollment at Troy High School. Laurie attended from 2000 to 2004, however, no degree or field of study is provided for this period. Following their high school education, Laurie Truong pursued further studies at The Art Institute of California, Orange County, from 2004 to 2007. During this time, they received a Bachelor's of Science in Interior Design.
