Joshua Luke, P.E. has extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as a Partner and Project Manager at JBI Partners, Inc. since May 2010. Prior to this role, Joshua worked as a Project Engineer at Bucher, Willis & Ratliff Corporation from November 2008 to April 2010 and at JBI Partners (formerly Jones & Boyd, Inc.) from 2005 to 2008. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University.
