Mona-Lisa A. is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and process management. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager at JBL Professional since 2020, Mona-Lisa leads a world-class mechanical engineering team, providing technical guidance and fostering talent in an agile environment. Prior to this role, Mona-Lisa spent nine years at Belkin International, initially as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, contributing to numerous new product development projects, and later as a Process Manager, where efforts focused on reengineering business processes and implementing technology solutions like Windchill PLM. Educational background includes a BS in Aerospace Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an MS in Mechanical Engineering Design & Optimization from California State University, Northridge.
