Kaushik Shah

Kaushik Shah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development within the electric vehicle sector. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of R&D Electric Vehicle at JBM Group since May 2025, Shah previously held the position of Associate Vice President at Force Motors Ltd from August 2020 to May 2025, where responsibilities also included Senior General Manager of R&D for Electric Vehicles. Prior to this, Shah contributed to KPIT from October 2009 to August 2020 in various roles including Director Delivery of electric Powertrain and Business Head for ITS Public Transportation. Earlier career experience includes a position as Senior Software Specialist at iGATE and Project Manager at Sony Electronics. Kaushik Shah possesses a Master of Business Administration from IBS Hyderabad and a Diploma in Business Management from the same institution.
