Mithilesh Pandey

Mithilesh Pandey has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Mithilesh started their career as an Executive Engineer at JK Dairy & Foods Limited in 1994, where they successfully completed the installation and commissioning of the plant and supervised the erection of various utilities. Mithilesh later transitioned into the role of Executive-Maintenance at the same company.

In 2006, Mithilesh joined JBML-3 as a Manager and gradually progressed to the position of Senior Manager, handling manufacturing in Press Shop, Die Maintenance, Tool Room, BIW Weld Shop, Rear Axle, and Paint Shop. Mithilesh was recognized for their performance and was selected as one of the 40 best employees to be developed as a future leader of JBML.

Mithilesh then joined AMW Motors Ltd in 2014 as the Head of Manufacturing, responsible for various operations related to wheel manufacturing. Mithilesh provided a solution for VW's requirement of Weld Penetration within a specific bandwidth.

In 2015, Mithilesh held the position of General Manager (Operations) at Dongshin Motech Co., Ltd., where they led sheet metal operations involving stamping and welding. Mithilesh successfully cleared the QSB audit at Tata Motors' Talegaon Pune Plant.

Currently, Mithilesh is working at JBM Group as the Head of Operations, accountable for leading the complete operation and P&L of the plant. Mithilesh formulates strategies, builds/upgrades teams, and ensures the required quality and quantity of sheet metal components are delivered to customers such as Ford, HMSI, and Suzuki. Mithilesh has also achieved the prestigious Ford Q1 certification for JBMAS.

Mithilesh Pandey completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumakuru (SIT Tumkur) from 1989 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended Rajghat Besant School in India, but the duration and field of study are unknown.
