Iris Paschoaletto

Iris Paschoaletto is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience, currently serving as Coordenador de RH at JBS since September 2020, overseeing recruitment, training and development, labor routines, health and safety, and internal communications. Prior to JBS, Iris worked at Energisa from January 2015 to January 2019 in Organizational Development, focusing on labor relations, negotiations, and employee development. Iris also held the position of Coordenadora de Recursos Humanos at Bunge from March 2009 to February 2011, where significant contributions were made to standardizing HR operations across Brazil and implementing training programs. Earlier experience at JBS from April 1994 to April 2009 included generalist HR functions and development of the company's salary and personnel management plans. Iris holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade do Oeste Paulista, completed in 2003.
