Kim Posvic has extensive experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Kim began their career as a Management Trainee at ROADWAY EXPRESS, where they coordinated the movement of freight and dispatched drivers. Kim then moved on to JBS, where they held various roles including Plant Traffic Manager, Fleet Operations Manager, and General Manager of Packerland Transport. In these positions, Kim was responsible for overseeing the operations, safety, and maintenance of truck fleets, as well as managing the routing and delivery of loads. Kim also led teams and implemented performance metrics to improve delivery and customer service. Kim's most recent role at JBS was as the Head of Fed Beef Supply Chain, where they led a large team in production planning, inventory control, logistics, distribution, customer service, and claims for the U.S. Beef business.

Kim Posvic obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1992. Kim then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance, General at Colorado State University, which they completed in 2018.
