Carl Fulton, MBA, has over 30 years of work experience, starting with the United States Air Force as a Satellite Systems Operator and later as an Inventory Management Supervisor. Carl has since worked in various Communication Services Controller roles for companies such as Honeywell Technology Solutions, Exelis, and Harris Corporation, where they were a member of NASA's Space Network Operations Group. In 2016, they became a Mission Flight Operations Engineer at JBS Solutions, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Operations Manager at New Horizons Aviation Catering, a Customer Service Representative at Medco Health Solutions, and a Carpet Repair Technician at Ace Rug Workroom. Throughout their career, they have displayed exceptional communication skills, quick response during critical situations, and the ability to effectively assimilate data and extend their capabilities.

Carl Fulton, MBA holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Bellevue University, which they obtained between 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Information Systems from the same institution, which they obtained between 2002 and 2003. Additionally, they hold three Associate of Science (A.S.) degrees from Community College of the Air Force. These degrees, which they obtained between 1984 and 2003, are in the fields of Instructor Technology/Military Science, Space Operations Technology, and Business Administration/Logistics Management.
