Beth Deckert

Beth Deckert currently serves as Rail Operations Manager at JBS USA, a position held since August 2022. In this role, Beth is responsible for managing relationships with railroads, addressing service issues, negotiating rates, and overseeing railcar lease negotiations and repairs. Prior to joining JBS USA, Beth spent nearly 26 years at Darling Ingredients, where positions included Senior Logistics Manager in the Bakery Feeds division and Nature Safe Administrator. In the latter role, Beth managed logistics, purchasing, operations, and production for Nature Safe fertilizers, including overseeing fertilizer registrations, labeling, and packaging. Beth completed a degree at Northern Kentucky University from 1983 to 1987, having graduated from Highlands High School earlier from 1978 to 1982.
